Throughout his career, Luke has overseen and managed projects spanning Residential Installations & Repairs, Commercial Installations & Repairs, Aerial and Underground Construction, FTTH Installations, and Drop=Bury operations. His extensive industry knowledge and hands-on leadership approach have played a key role in successfully launching, scaling, and optimizing operations in multiple markets nationwide.
Luke has led large multi-market teams and complex operational divisions, overseeing all aspects of business operations including field operations, finance, compliance, acquisitions, workforce development, and corporate administration. Known for his ability to build strong operational infrastructures and high-performing teams, he has consistently delivered results in fast-paced and high-demand environments.

Frank Urso is the Co-Owner of Sandcastle Communications with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Specializing in residential and commercial installations and repairs, Frank has extensive expertise in aerial and underground construction, FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations, and drop-bury operations.
Known for dependable service and quality workmanship, Frank is committed to delivering reliable communication solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Alex Bajusz serves as Regional Director at Sandcastle Communications, where he has been a key part of the organization for the past four years.
With 38 years of experience in the cable telecommunications industry, Alex brings extensive knowledge in field operations, technician development, and fulfillment management.
Throughout his career, he has completed projects for nearly every major MSO, including Charter Communications and Cox Communications, among many others.
Alex has spent the majority of his career focused on hiring, training, and leading technical teams, with the last 28 years dedicated to managing fulfillment operations, including residential installations and drop-bury projects.
His leadership, operational expertise, and industry experience continue to play a major role in the success and growth of Sandcastle Communications.
Dylan Chambers serves as Director of Field Operations at Sandcastle Communications, where he brings 15 years of hands-on expertise in fiber optic installation, structured cabling, and coaxial systems.
Having worked his way up from the field to leadership, he now oversees daily operations, mentors technicians, and partners with clients to deliver reliable connectivity solutions.
With a focus on data strategy, client solutions, and scaling vendor operations, Dylan blends technical depth with a people-first leadership style.
He holds BFT, CFOS/S, and SCTE certifications, and is known for building high-performing teams and dependable infrastructure on every project.

Scott is our Field Operations Manager in Austin, TX. and oversees daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
His role includes coordinating field technicians and crews, managing project timelines, maintaining quality standards, resolving operational issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting team performance and customer satisfaction.
D’Aundra (Michele) Binns, with 12 years in the telecom industry, is a leading Drops Project Manager, overseeing fiber-to-the-home operations across major markets in Texas, Florida, and Nevada.
As a nationwide leader in drop dispatching, she coordinates aerial and underground drop operations and also bridges contractors with clients, delivering efficient, high-quality fiber installations from street to home.
Crista Timothy has been the Accounting Manager at Sandcastle Communications since 2021, bringing over nine years of financial and accounting experience within the fast-paced cable industry.
